We were contacted by a church in Sussex who were having problems with their Ratner safe. The safe had an internal relocker problem, which we rectified. We then serviced the internal boltwork, stripped down and serviced the lock. The church can now use their safe again, good as new.
An interesting fact for safe enthusiasts: the Ratner safe lock is the same as the Milner safe lock – see image below.
